Still love some sushi. You can get worms from pork just as easy. And Ecoli from chicken or listeria from some food that people were just too lazy to properly clean contact items.

First, never eat raw salmon, only cooked or smoked.
I've had sushi from a 7-11, in Japan. Also had many other prepared meals from 7-11 there. I can say that the seaweed salad from 7-11 in Japan beats the hell out of the wing zings from 7-11 here. Don't even start on the 7-11 taquitos, may be horse, see below.

Nope, don't go to a Mexican restaurant in Tokyo. But I did go to cinco de mayo in Tokyo, it was a blast. And St Paddy's day, Japanese guys playing bagpipes in kilts.

Also went to a place in Tokyo with a friend that served horse sashimi. Along with horse gut soup. All in all, it was ok, I won't add it to my steady meal rotation. And I've never had anything worse than natto. So if you have a choice, raw tuna, cooked or smoked salmon, horse...never natto. But the octopus crackers are a whole nother thing. I did feel a bit sorry for the octopus after I watched the preparation.

Nothing like watching "Irish" Japanese guys playing the bag pipes while slurping down horse gut soup I bet. I got to do a lot in Japan during my 4 years there but apparently I missed out on some more tasty dishes. Guess I need to go back......heh...heh..

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
    Good thing, I despise sushi!
