No. To get to everything off, you push and hold for 3 seconds, let go and push and hold for another 3 seconds. No matter what drive mode you are at.

I too am going to install this camera, how did you guys determine how far in/out to mount the camera on the pro grill? Do you have a recommended dimension?

@BlueBottle installed mine for me. For the most part it just looks centered in the grille.

ok, so even "front -back" within the grill? What I am wondering is, if it affects how the camera shows the distance of an object in relationship of the front end... if that make sense?

I’ve seen a few and some show the bumper on the screen and some don’t. I think they all had the same camera. If you want your bumper to show, put near middle, if you don’t, move it forward just a bit.

Ok, thanks Joon. Like all of my mods being done 2-3 times over, I think I will get wired up and hold it in place until I am happy with the view.

I would put a connection after the grille. Incase you need to take the grille off you can just disconnect. I have to add it now.

Drill as far forward as you can with your drill. It will make sense once your grill is off. Also make sure you have clearance for the threads/wires. There’s only one way to install it. You will see.

I placed the connector for the camera betweeen the grill and truck so if you have to remove the grill the connector is right there.

Email sent for the FRAC and order placed on Amazon for the camera. I guess it is just a matter of time now. It is going to be nice to have, but I am not looking forward to doing the install.
