Scored a sweet bumper, now how to mount it?

    Well your either gonna bolt on or weld it. Being a welder, I would weld it. With bolt on there's the possibility of rattling , which would drive me bonkers. Of course I would tig it, but looks like most of your weld will be out of plain site so mig it. I see surface rust which tells me it's more than likely mild steel or cheap pot stainless. Definitely blast and paint. Always nice to score free stuff. Good luck and post when you get it installed. Welcome from Obx :thumbsup:

    So this is a bar off an 85 Nissan truck, anything is possible. Underneath is 2 bars welded to the hooks I'll never use, so it can unbolt off the vehicle. Top goes threw the steel part of the bumper. It's not for looks, but trust me, it can hit hard.
