Thanks. I love the color and so does my wife, and when your wife supports your truck habit, that’s about as manly as you can get.

No metal flake. Funny you mention UNC. I almost moved to Chapel Hill a few years back.

I’ve seen this color on a Pro Taco and 4 Runner in person and it looks MUCH better than it does in the pictures. I do agree that any chrome would have to be blacked out for it to look good on the Tundra.

Looks like you got the same packages (TRD OR & Limited) as I did. Do you know if that's the only way this color is available? Looks awesome, even with the ice, btw.

I knew nothing of the color and configuration until last Monday. I bought it 3 hours after seeing it for the first time. Poor 2010 Tundra had to go. :(

However, I believe the Limited is the only way to the color and light brown leather config. I love the Double Cab and had to go with it for the bed length.

    Congrats on yours too!

Thanks! Mine has the Ash leather (very light gray with dark gray accents) and the dark wood trim. My bed is a little short but I needed the Crewmax for three growing children who were constantly kicking the back of the driver's seat in my Tacoma. I hope you will love your new Tundra as much as I love mine. Congrats!

I’m liking it with each new pic I see of it.
Folks seem to keep suggesting “blacking out” the accents to which l would agree it looks better than with the chrome but I’m thinking go heavy with “gunmetal”.

Color match the surround, mirrors, door handles, but definitely gunmetal wheels and front/ rear bumpers (powder coating aftermarket bumpers like ICI or smittybilt etc) and that will really bring out the “Calvary” in it.

Just not a color I would roll with...saw it on a new Taco TRD Pro recently at local stealership, no “wow” factor.

Funny you should say that. I hear people say "WOW" all the time while telling me how much they like the color. When my windows are down people want to chat in traffic about it. I get compliments very regularly on my truck and it's always the color that they want to talk about.
