Thanks in advance for the recommendations. Just purchased a 2018 Tundra TRD Sport. I'm thinking I want to run either 37's or 38's with a 22" rim. What are some recommendations for lift size and set-up?

Prior to this I had an F-250 with 8" lift and 38's. I have no idea how to set up the Tundra but I want to do it right.

just so you know at that lift height the Toyota Safety Sense stuff may not work correctly....I'm not sure we've seen a 2018 that high yet

Why 22s? Just asking for rough ride and more expensive tires. I wish I had 18s but chose truck for BFGs

I also have a 2018 Tundra and I stopped into the dealer today to ask a few questions. When I asked about a 3-1 lift (leveling) kit and how it would affect the warranty, they told me it would void the warranty. They also said if I had this kit installed it would produce a lot of faults, which would affect the way the truck drives. It sounds a little far fetched and I need to reach out to Toyota tomorrow, just to clarify.

So has anyone lifted a 2018 Tundra yet?

I've seen some new lifted Tundras on my dealerships lot. I need to give them a call and ask who they use and how it relates to the warranty. When we bought my wife's Wrangler last year, we used the same company who does the dealerships lift kits, off road packages, etc. We went with them because the dealership honors the factory warranty if purchased through them. I know most Jeep dealerships would still do the warranty work but we didn't want to take any chances of getting shafted.

Preference I guess. I definetly don't want 18" rims. I've ran 20's with 38's before and the ride wasn't that bad to me. So now I'm thinking a bigger rim. I like the way 22's look. I'm still doing initial research, no decision yet.

I as well like the look of the 22's did you decide what lift to get and what one will work for the 37's?

7" procomp lift, 3" body lift. Amp research powerstep, 22" fuel rims, 38" nitto tires, Custom leather seat covers black with red stiching, alpine inz928 deck, 2x10" subs, 1500 watt alpine amp, 400watt amp for door speakers. Procomp Traction bars, fuel grille, Black headlight housing with 6000k hid, rear airbags, rear and front camera, k&n air intake, 40" light bar. Rear under bumper led light bar. Prodigy trailer brakes. 5.29 Nitro Gears. Auburn Posi Rear End. Dirty Deeds Budget Dump.
I have 38s on a 22" rim I liked my 37s better a little smoother and I have stock 4.30 gears so once I change my gears the 38s will react to the throttle better. My lift was done years ago with 7" pro comp lift with a 3" body lift. It actually drives very smooth with that combo, there are alot better choices now out there for a lift then when I put mine together.

Welcome from Arizona. It seems that some of the '18 Tundras have problems with the Toyota Safety Sense (TSS) system and the Pre Collision System (PCS) throwing codes; the problems have been reported here on lifted as well as stock trucks. Based on what several members have mentioned on this forum, it appears that the PCS error code is related to the Airbag ECS in that the problem was fixed after the dealer replaced the Airbag ECS.

Toytec lifts has also posted that Toyota has advised them that it is OK to lift the new Tundras but that the truck needs to maintain some forward rake (.75 - 1 inch) in order for the TSS to work properly.

There are several other threads about the issue on the forum and there are a number of other members on here who are more knowledgeable about the issue.

Looks like I'm going with BDS 7", Pro Comp Pro Runner flares, 22x12 Fuel Couplers and 37" Toyo Open Country

Set up for next week, just hope its the right decision.

Put a body 3" lift with the 7" pro comp, thats what I have have, originally I had 37's but, you can fit 38× 13.5. The only drawback is the power loss between the 37 to 38's. Other than that is looks awesome...
