    That may be true that they technically can't "modify" the actual order, and I agree that @4Runner should call, but let's be real here: A company can figure out a way to get someone the discount after the order is placed. It's not like we need a Wells Fargo wagon to trek across the American frontier with a bank note—just process a refund to his credit card.
