Our Doberman isn't a big fan of cold weather either; I walk him and after he does his business he wants to go back home. Once we are back in the house he just likes to lay on the couch with "mom" and stay warm. He is beyond spoiled (wife's fault)

I cant wait for rain to wash all the salt off the road, so they can start over. It is in piles at some intersections in Chicago. I can say, the Caost Gaurd is out breaking ice for the POS salt barge to show up. Hate the midwest! Rant over. Thanks!

We use gravel on snowy roads in Alberta. For me, Tailgaters are delt with by driving just slightly on shoulder or lines. This peppers the offender with hundreds of bb sized pieces of rock. They usually move quite quickly, some just continue to take it. I consider it their choice.

Meanwhile in CO, residents cannot for the life of them remember what that little white fluffy stuff is....can’t remember what they call it.

    Oh, snow. That’s it right?

I love those winter scenery pictures some of you post. We haven't had any sow yet (except for some dusting) and usually don't get any until late January or February. I do like it and Max (Dobie) loves to walk and play in it, we just have a good time in it. He isn't much help though clearing the driveway and sidewalk.

Same story up here in WA. I'm in Eastern WA. We get snow. Every year. Yet people still act like they have never seen it and drive like complete idiots.

Winter finally showed up. Snowed hard all day and last night. Stock tires faired well but will replace next Fall.

This picture makes me really happy that I walked away from a job in Alaska a few months ago. It's beautiful, but looks like a PITA. The Gulf Coast of Mississippi is just fine.
