    Getting there
The flowmasters are on. She sounds super sweet. I think I need to run some kind of exit pipe though, it's pretty loud and I think the drone might get bad on long trips. I might dump it right at the back of the cab/front of the bed. Lessons learned were, 1) Don't line the muffler casing up vertically with the exhaust hangers. It WILL rub the drive shaft. 2) I need something rigid to separate the pipes passed the mufflers, they rattle a little. I'll try to get some sound clips when it's not colder than a well diggers ass outside.

I bet the drone and resonance will get old really quick on your first extended trip. Don't get me wrong, I love the raspy Flowmaster sound and have them on my Chevelle......I wouldn't want them on a daily driver though (I only made that mistake once).

You will like the sound ford guy. Don't let the negative Nancy's on this forum ruin it.

Nothing negative here, I just speak from my own experience and voiced my opinion. Besides that the OP stated himself that the drone might get bad on long trips. Flowmasters are the perfect mufflers for toys, not for a daily driver, the exception would be a 3-chamber which still has the sound but no drone.
