just found these locally and this is the route I want to go for some 295/70 or 285/75s on 18 inch Ray 10s on a 2018 Crewmax. My question to the masters is should I get these because they are here and I could pay $700 all in, no tax or shipping, then get the 5100s for the rear or the 5160s from Boss or get the whole setup from Boss and not trust local CL seller?

I plan on trying. Also, I am fairly certain that the price reflected in his post is for assembled 6112s and the 4WP price is for disassembled. You have to rent or own the tool to compress the spring or pay for the labor which is where I think the extra money comes in to the overall price.

It's for sale? And it has his manliness on it? I'm down. I never saw it listed in the gen 3 marketplace.

Okay so here’s the plan. I will lowball this local gentleman in hopes of getting an excellent deal while at the same time waiting for potential sloppy seconds for @joonbugs used and abused man parts. Is that right? Sounds right.

They are assembled at top setting already and shims would bring it to three inches up front (ish).
We are at $650 so far. Plus no tax or shipping helps too.

$650 is a good price if they are brand new, no doubt.

Now my debate is 5160 or 5100 rears? I’m in the Carolinas and the off-roading I do is usually on state park dirt or gravel roads. No crazy stuff for me in the tundra. No real snow either. Don’t tow much. Can afford either though so maybe 5160s.

I'm having the same debate in my head. At $166 shipped, the 5100s sound pretty nice.

Been watching those for a while, recognized the pic right away. I am 95 percent sure that is the guy that lives in Goose Creek and runs the Tundra Waffle FB page. I have done great with Charleston CL and FB market place. Got two swing cases$75, Firestone air bags and Volant CAI $250, color match Platinum grill $50. Those shocks were to high for me and he has never dropped the price.
Edit- forgot about one of the vinyl trifold covers for when I need it $50
Edit2- Flowmaster outlaw 10 dual exhaust 3 months old $400

That’s awesome. I saw a truck just like yours on I95 south on the 27th. Was that you?

I do not have social media so I am unsure of the tundra page on FB.

He has said 650 which for being local and no shipping and no tax and the shims is pretty awesome deal for this set up already set where I want them also.

You might want to wait on the rear shocks until you see what it looks like with the front lifted, in case you need a longer rear shock. That's where I'm at right now, truck's where I want it and the rear shocks are about an inch too short.

Copy. I will do the front first then work the backside like spring break 1998. Nevermind. I mean I will see what shock will be best to level the truck off. Thanks for that info.
