Late to the game I'm sure, but check out green mountain grills (GMG). They have a wifi version that is sick. Has an awesome pizza attachment for only like 130 as well. I picked mine up last week. Probably won't be able to get it setup until after the holidays, but very excited!

Set up is very simple. Just unpack put 4 legs on and put internal heat deflector, drip tray and rack in fill with pellets and good to go. I am very happy with mine just got a month ago

On Tuesday I will be doing my first prime rib. I will be hitting up some of the master smokers on here for plans of attack.

I couldn’t find a brisket flat so bought a prime rib roast and will be smoking a prime rib tomorrow and two turkey breasts. Never smoked a prime rib before, if it comes out good I’ll post the recipe.

You'll love it—super easy to set up and use. I've had mine for about four years now (non wifi) and it's still going strong. The beauty of low-and-slow is it's hard to completely ruin anything.

Y'all are killing me here. As if I am not thinking about throwing money at my truck with bumpers, LEDs, folding mirrors, underseat storage, and a bed cover, now you have me thinking about how much I need a new pellet smoker!

Looks good. Just don't rub it too much or it might get done too early.

    MEAT

Holy hell that took forever at 9* ambient temperature. Meat went on at 2 this afternoon and went to 8:30 tonight. I pulled it early with an internal temp of 123 so maybe tomorrow I can redeem myself with my queen. She wanted some meat for her mouth, but got pizza instead.

Anybody have a good way to store pellets outside and keep them dry for cheap? Obviously sealable bins for dog food, etc would be a good option. Just trying to see if theres anything better/cheaper before I buy.

A 5 gallon liquid tight bucket works well, check some food service places they usually give them away for free.

Yea I'd thought about those. Do they have lids that seal on theirs?

Yep. If you switch the pellets in/out for different flavors don't forget to label the buckets or you won't know which wood is which later on.
