so I've decided to get a 2016 Tundra SR5 Crewmax TRD off road. Just curious what color people like ? I've always had black but like the grey metallic and the blue. Thoughts ? Plan to tint the windows and get some black rims eventually.

I contemplated forever between magnetic gray, black, and inferno since they did not make the 2016 in blue ribbon. In the end, I ended up with magnetic gray. I couldn't be happier, i absolutely love it and how the color changes. Every color looks great to me though.

Thanks. Thinking ill definitely go grey. Now the wheels I'm gonna have to live with them for a while. They look ok but not sure why Toyota went with 18s they should be 20s at the SR5 package not just the limited and platinum.

I bought limited 20" wheels from a Toyota dealer on eBay and put them on my SR5.

Paid $550 with shipping for the wheels and spent another $1K on Toyo AT2's. But I'm now wishing I would have waited for some PRO wheels. I'm really liking the color matched grille and bumpers that I'm seeing on the new 2016 grey PRO's. A few guys have posted pics of them lately and I'm falling in love!

Nice. I can't afford the pro package. The SR5 is all I can swing and i really don't need all the extras. I honestly really don't need a full size truck but I like the look and room inside. The car I drive is the one thing I get for me even if I only pick up groceries in it haha.

I like the black rims that's my plan. You know of any sites that sell wheel and tire packages ?

Check CraigsList in your area for guys that didn't like the stock wheels/tires and have a virtually new set for sale.
For about $1000 you can usually get everything but lugs and TPMS.

Also, keep your eyes on the parts for sale section of this forum.
I got my TRD OR wheel/tire setup from a member of this forum (thanks jlee!) and couldn't be happier.

By the way, a black Tundra is the way to go if you have time to wash it twice a week.
Looks great with the wheels and tint, right?
