The DC might have a different part number but I bet they could still use the same mounting points. Would make it much easier to make these sliders work for both CM and DC.

Now I am not 100% sure how much the dc/crewmax frames match, but I think if bamf decided to come out the a L bracket type mount then I’m sure it would be compatible. The sliders bamf makes are plate mounts.. Now comparing the two with a plate style any little difference in the frames will probably need a whole new design. With the L brackets I’m sure it is a lot easier to mount both frames. Maybe this is why some fabricators prefer to weld on instead of bolt on? This is just what I think.. maybe some of the engineers and fabricators and chime in a shut my ass up.

I think they will be almost 8 feet, but you can still make it happen!!!!

When we say “different part number” are we referring to the DC not included in this GB?

My brain is spinning but need definitive information to settle it down

My P&ps were for CM but could fit DC WITH a little work

Part # as far as OEM part #'s... and to to clarify I don't actually know what is different. In the parts diagram they look fairly similar..
I can see the P&P models fitting fairly easy to both frames because of the mounting style. Which is not really the L style bracket I explained in the previous post, but pretty close in design as far as mounting goes.

My thoughts exactly, so for anyone reading this; the P&P sliders are fine for light duty wheeling but I’m not impressed with the design so if you’re looking for a quality slider then NOW is your chance to get on this deal without regret.

You can't buy those sliders anymore, so they are now a collectors item. Once I get the BAMF sliders I will be auctioning them off to pay for my Icon 3.0 setup. Either that or a cup of coffee.

In other news, my truck looks good even when it is stuck. If I wasn't buried so deep that I couldn't open my door I would have gotten out and admired it.

I'm interested, but trying to compare to the usual suspects, i.e., WKOF, P & P, SDHQ, All Pro, Demello.

Lemme help ya with that...lol White knuckle are by far the best looking of them all, IMO, and no I don't have 'em. If I hadn't purchased APs through the group buy I'd go with BAMF. For one, they're close enough for me to pick 'em up in person. Also, though the design isn't complete, I feel pretty certain they're gonna be BA and far less common than any of the others.

Who would we consider BAMF's biggest competitors?

Yeah, I was thinking of more custom fab shops. SDHQ makes a ton of fab stuff but more of an all around offroad shop
