Minimum lift will be 1.65" for both cab configurations. The only way the front lift height may be affected is if you have the v6 and not the v8.

how many leafs total, ride quality, better with bed loaded or unloaded, price, does it have to be used with aftermarket shackles ? compare to Deaver what does it do more or not..etc..

how about compare to their expansion pack ? what should I expect ?

This will be an 8 leaf pack (but number of leafs does not change ride qualities) and the ride will vary on what setting you set the leafs up at. The Tundra RXT leaf will be similar to the Tacoma RXT leaf pack as it will come with an extra leaf. Depending on what weight settings you are carrying will determine the ride quality loaded and unloaded. While I am still waiting on exact numbers to release, I know for a fact that this one leaf pack will both be and bridge the gap between the expansion pack to an expo rate spring.

Price point I think is very reasonable at $750 for the pair. These are designed to be a bolt on design and will work with the factory shackle.

I would say the expansion pack is more designed for the guys that are driving on the street and looking to lift the rear, gain a better than factory ride, and no run a block. The RXT leafs will be designed for the people that are going out and using the truck off road, etc. The RXT will provide 12" of usable travel when used with the RXT shock. Much more performance out of the RXT kit than the expansion pack.

I've been teetering on realistic expectations of possible improvement relative to ride quality and maybe just a wee bit more height over the stock suspension on the 2017 TRD Pro. I love the ride quality of the the Pro and have no idea if either the Fox or Icon system would provide any improvement on what feels pretty nice already. The Gear Shop in Calgary has turned out some awesome Tundra builds using the Fox system, but they've had to do some modifications for clearance, etc. - I'm leery of such mods and was looking for something just a little bit more "bolt on"; even though I certainly would NOT be doing the bolting on. My wife and I are travel nurses and potentially could have to traverse thousands of miles from one assignment to the next (first assignment we did last year was in Anchorage and we drove there from Nashville with a trailer in tow). Before we left Lexington to travel to Central Wisconsin we bought a 7x16 dual axle cargo trailer for all our stuff. I'm ignorant as to how much that weighs all loaded, but I did not feel nearly as confident as I did when we had towed a 6x12 Uhaul cargo trailer to Anchorage and back. The rear end of the Pro is definitely soft, but I imagine that's where the ride quality comes from. I'm only towing the trailer in between assignments; on our way to the next spot - so I'm not looking to make the truck into something that "competes" with a 2500HD. I think I'm just wondering if the Icon system would lend itself to better towing behaviors while maintaining, or maybe even improving, ride quality over the Pro's Bilstein system with a touch more suspension height (not an actual lift - if that makes sense).

Something I REALLY need to address is the wimpy built in brake controller, but that's for another forum.

    Thanks
