    I'm guessing it's because, so far, most of the sick are homeless. Many, many blocks of sidewalks in downtown SD are lined with tents, bedding, makeshift tarp shelters-- homeless essentially stake out a place and stay. Now SD is going through, pressure washing the sidewalks with bleach to remove fecal matter believed to be a source of infection. To do this, camps are being pushed out... which is moving some of the homeless to other parts of the county. Some probably will return to their "home" sites.

    I was finally able to finish One year after and was very Intrigued. I would hope that Government wouldn't try to come back in the manner but would not at all be surprised if this is the way things would be.
