Anyone have any kind of Rhino Liner ect. sprayed on their steps or bumpers?

Thinking about doing it myself, but would like some feed back before I take the leap.

Any ideas? Badass? Waste of time?

    please leave an opinion!

I did spray on Rustoleum liner over etching primer on my SR5 chrome bumpers. It's held up way better than I thought it would. Only a couple scratches and those were from impacts, not just worn off.

I feel like the can stuff wouldn't hold up to the abuse steps take for very long.

Yeah I'm debating it, but I think:

    1. It would be a little more rugged
    2. Quick fix if it peels/fades/scratches
    3. Looks badass

hasn't budged or changed in color since I got it done in 2016. Looks the same. Solid. No flakes. No scratches. Nada.
I get compliments all the time

Looks like Line-X and it confirms it for me as I was on the fence until I saw how it would look. Some asshat clipped my bumper and left gouges on the passenger side. Funny thing is I wet sanded it with 2000 grit and the chrome is thinner than our paint lol. I've been wet sanding for years now and never burned through or went through any coating ever. Never thought it would be chrome I would go through... So now i've got this big copper/brassish looking spot on that side.

I'll be doing both bumpers and the side steps.

Line-X premium. They did the bed at the same time and got a deal on the bumpers.
Got the toyota emblem done too.

My buddy was cutting something next to my rear bumper and his knife hit my rear bumper. Not one puncture or scratch. It's very solid.

right is Linex bumper. Left is painted 202 Toyota
