Just got a great deal on 5 quart jug at Walmart

A three pack of five quart jugs for $19.99 and there is a two dollar per quart mail in rebate . Bringing the total for 15 quarts for $9.99 after rebates. I ordered three of these deals and all that came were three five quart jugs. Went to Walmart to get them to honor deal. Manager said there was an online mistake and they will give me a money back return. I want the deal I ordered. Any help please? Thanks. D
