I'd pass on them. I'm not a fan of drilled rotors, they eat up pads quicker and are more prone to cracking. Slotted or blank/smooth rotors are a better choice, especially for heavier vehicles. I've had good luck ordering brakes through rotopros.

I'm partial to these. Have used them before. A little more expensive than those you've shown, but very good.

They can be had from Rock Auto for $15-20 cheaper. With whatever you buy, be sure to break them in properly.
Ceramic pads in particular need to be properly broken in.

You have to go like 50mph and brake 3-4 times and then again 5-6 times from that speed down to 15mph. Or some shit like that.. my buddy always did mine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I got the stoptech slotted rotors and the posi quiet ceramic pads installed about 3 months ago. very happy with them.
check them out. autoanything.com or even toytec carries the rotors.

In order to have them work at their best performance, they need to be "seated in" with hard braking, without actually letting the rotor come to a complete stop. The hard braking, from 35-40 MPH down to a crawl is followed by accelerating back to speed as quickly as you can and then braking hard again. This is repeated 5-6 times or more in succession until the brakes are so hot you can smell them. Then you drive several miles without touching the brakes to cool the rotors and pads. And you're done. Obviously, the whole thing has to be done on a road with little or no traffic. Easy for me, maybe not quite as easy for you, depending where in the DFW area you live.

BTW, my comment on the Z36 set being cheaper from Rock Auto didn't take into account the free shipping from Amazon, so disregard that ($52 shipping from Rock Auto to the Hill Country).
