So i have just over 1,000 miles on my truck and have pretty much done most of what i want to do to it already. I'm in the camp of "you might as well make your mods ASAP so you can enjoy them longer". I don't have any photos from the day i bought it but here is some from the following week. In these photos it already had bilstein 5100's installed by @tomsinamerica on the second setting to level it out, and the Patriot running boards. This was done 5 days after i bought the truck. It had less then 200 miles on it.

    Factory Details:
2018 TRD Offroad Crewmax Magnetic Grey
    5.7L V8 4x4
    TRD Pro Exhaust

    Current Mods:
    Tailgate Black letter Inserts
Bilstien 5100's second setting level (Removed)
    Trd Pro suspension
    Tint on all windows.
    Center counsel wireless charging mod.
    Front bumper ends painted.
    Magnetic Grey Grille Surround
Magnetic Grey Door handles and mirror covers.
Front Rear Anytime Camera installed. (Removed. No longer needed with new head unit)
    Line-X Premium spray in liner.
    Driver side Oh-Shit!! handle
    BAK Revolver X2 Tonneau Cover
Iron Cross Patriot (Folds of Honor) Black Running Boards
TRD Pro Tundra and 5.7L badging in black.
No Lux black out badge cover for the limited badge.
Thule tracks along the bed rails to attach bike rack. https://www.tundras.com/threads/thule-bike-rack-install-over-bed.18786/
Hard wired the center console charger and added 2 usb charging ports to the back seat. https://www.tundras.com/threads/usb-port-for-rear-seat-and-hardwiring-your-wireless-charger.19248/
    ESP Under Seat Storage.
    Upgraded sound system.
    Footwell LED Lights
    Running Board LED Lights
    Bed LED Lights
    TRD Pro Grill

    Future/In the works Mods:

If you need all of them get that but tell them you need limited not sr5. They dont have limited on the site but they have it.
If you only need the limited like i did you have to contact them and ask nicely. They will say they dont do it then you have to say will you do it for (insert amount you are willing to pay here). They will do it. It wont be cheap but it was cheaper then finding someone with a 3d printer and figuring out how to make them.

    Great looking Tundra.

I didn’t see this as an available option when ordering my truck. How did you get it factory installed?

I asked. Toyota shows it as a factory option but South East Toyota which is who i go through does not offer it. They offer the borla exhaust instead. I had heard the TRD and knew it had sound but not too much so i knew i wanted that. I did not want anything louder then the TRD so I talked to my sales guy. They tried to get me to get the borla and then they tried to charge me full price and install price of the TRD. I pointed out to them that they get my factory exhaust for free when they take it off so after a bit of back and forth I got the TRD installed as a factory option a little under MSRP.

Sections of the country that Toyota is the direct distributor should have the TRD exhaust as an accessory during the build.

Thanks for the info. Guess I’ll place a call to my dealer. It wasn’t shown on my list of factory options for Gulf States that I recall.

I replaced the factory shocks with 5100’s to level the truck but I wanted a smoother ride. I know I could got other suspensions for cheaper but I wanted to make the ride a smooth as I could and off-road suspensions are great off-road but not so smooth on road a lot of times. Because of this I changed it out with the trd Pro suspension and could not be happier. @tomsinamerica drove it around a bumpy parking lot and could not believe how smooth it was. He went from happy that he was getting free 5100’s to cursing me for showing him the potential ride of our trucks. 43EB8943-A7C4-4747-ABB7-D19B70C44496.jpg

Added the ESP Under Seat Storage. It doesn't add a bunch of storage space but enough to carry some of the essentials that I used to keep in my Tacoma. Cutting the foam for the install was harder then i thought it was going to be. After its all out it installs easy though. IMG_0421.jpg IMG_0422.jpg

Yes. It’s done. I’m putting together a before and after video. It will take a little while to edit.

Added VLED Footwell LED lights in the front and the back, and running board LED courtesy lights today. The back lights are pretty worthless because of how they are attached. I could not get it to stick to the back underside of the seat because of the fuzz so i attached the right side to the factory amp and the left side to the ac vent. They are pretty far back so when the seat is in the back they are under the seat and dont put out much light as the photos show.

I also made a video of the running board lights. I tapped into the wires for the footwell lights so they fade in when you unlock the truck or open the door and fade out when you lock the truck. They are very bight and illuminate the running boards nicely and the ground below them. They will show if there is a puddle or something while getting out of the truck well.
