On my 2007 I fit a 275/65/20 KO2 on a stock 20" wheel in my spare tire location with the removal of a small metal bracket that does nothing.

    Remove the bracket I've circled.

Question, do you have to change anything with the Speedo to get an accurate reading when you run these tires?

    Thx!

I didn't change anything with the speedo. 285 is close to stock, so it should have a lower impact on performance.

I'm about to pull the trigger on Nitto Ridge Grapplers 285/70/18. I have the Bilstein 5100 leveling kit (2.5" front / 0 rear). Do you foresee any rubbing issues? Thanks!

    Depends on wheel (rim) offset

Your set up is the same as my PRO so you shouldn't have issues with rubbing, but @JoshuaA is correct. It will heavily depend on the wheels and offset.

FYI, I have a pro with 1.25 inch spidertrax spacers, Nitto Ridge grapplers 285/70/18 and I had to remove the front mud flaps because they were rubbing in reverse with the wheel cut all the way.

I've got 275/70/18 ridge grapplers with a 2" spacer kit, and 18x18.5 wheels with a +25mm offset. I had to remove the rear front mud flaps because mine was rubbing. Once I took those off, it was fine. I will say it's still pretty close though, but I think my truck has settled over the last couple of years and I don't have the true 2" of lift anymore.
