mine were dark last week... bulb one side, and i'm pretty sure igniter on the other... these are a pain in the butt when they go wrong...

did you swap everything around to try to isolate the issue? how did this happen - just went to put the lights on and they were dark, or they went dark while driving?

Actually I got replacement harness by Eledobleu (great person) and didn't fix my problem replacing the harness and relay.
    Checked all fuses all good
Moved ground around and still dark.
Getting power to the ballasts. Some how finally last night I was able to bring one up for short period, (not sure how but driver side were up and again dark)
Eledobleu think could be igniters so I received them today but was rain entire evening and didn't have chance to do anything today.
Tomorrow I will have help with it from local retrofit guy to try find my issue. I have no idea what to expect.

So I have led strip working and halos Switchback DRL. No issues at all.

    Rx350 projectors

All install were done in February and never had issues until going to store and realized that I don't get good lights. So not even sure if is during driving or after I start my engine to go home.

I have no idea what to do anymore. Only thing is that I'm not driving tundra last 7 days and using wife car. Shame on me I know lol

What have you done and how did you discover your problem? Did you fix it now?

i'm waiting on an igniter in the mail... luckily, I still have my stockers so i've been able to get around - useful since my wife is about to have a baby!!

for diagnosing... i just swapped a piece at a time, tried a ton of combinations and came up with the answers that a bulb & igniter were toasted. Bad Igniter flickers a couple of times and then dark...

Sorry for the hassle you're having

Lucky you that you have your stock, I retrofit my stock so I don't have stock headlights.

Please update what you done and if igniter fixed your problems.
Once I fix I will post as well, until than I'm screwed with no lights and stuck at driveway

Just FYI for anyone that may run into this. I noticed one of my headlights stopped working last week. Got to diagnosing and checked all wiring, fuses, then swapped bulbs to each side, then modules to each side and nothing. As I was about to give up, I noticed the ground on the driver side headlight had stripped (couldn't be seen because it was still in the protective sleeve).

Problem solved, check the ground first ;)

    Update:

Received warranty replacement ballasts by @eledobleu and both headlights came normal and working without problems.
First I would like to thank @eledobleu for great support and wonderful guidance to correct this issue. He went very far and sent me new harness, igniters and ballasts as replacement. Since we found that ballasts are bad and no reason from his pocket to pay new replacement harness and igniters I'm going to PM him or email and either pay him or keep as a spare parts. Once again thanks!

Secondly I would like to thank everyone here, on this wonderful forum tried to help me with guide and troubleshooting tips. Thanks go to all of you guys and you are great people here ☺️

Can anyone post a picture of where the high beam wire is?
I am trying to install my HIDs and feel extremely stupid at the moment.

Does anyone know how to wire the spyder headlights so that the led bar stays on without turning on parking lights?

I’m about to check the wiring on my lights as I’m having issues. During that time I’d like to make my switchbacks stay orange at all times. How do I do this?
