Hello all. I've owned a 1996 T100 for 18 years. Bought it with 66k on it and had no issues until 248k when it blew a head gasket. My son and I rebuilt the top end and it is going strong as ever and now has 268k. Last weekend I found my dream Tundra for which I've been looking for 3 years. With only 74k miles on it, I had to have it, and flew to LA and drove it back to KC (with a stopover in ABQ to visit family).

It's a black Limited with lots of factory options: leather, power driver's seat, sunroof, rear entertainment system, running boards. It also has lots of aftermarket options: Line-X sprayed in bedliner, SnugTop camper shell, custom pull out bed tray on rails, navigation/DVD/backup camera system. It's one sweet ride and feels like a luxury ride compared to my T100! I'm anxious to learn all about this truck and how to customize it.

Hey Adam - God Bless Texas...and Lyle Lovett. I'm a huge fan of both! I'm torn between selling my T100 or keeping it and turning into a rally truck.

@Adam - I'm from Kansas City. Born in KC, MO, but moved to KS 20 yrs ago. I lived in ABQ for 1 yr, got married and we moved back to KC.

Nice '97 T100! I'll probably keep mine. Thanks for the encouragement.
