Over the past month plus I have been having some electrical issues and I am curious if anyone else has had the same issues, I started getting an intermittent trailer brake controller error, I took a picture of the instrument cluster to prove it to the dealership being its not occurring all the time. The dealership replaced the appropriate module and not even a day later the entire cluster lights up like a christmas tree, ABS, Brake, 4LO 4HI, even the outside temp gauge displays an 'E' instead of a number. The dealership is now pointing fingers at the shop that installed my viper alarm (the shop they said to go to btw) or the shop that installed my led lights and now won't work on it unless I want to pay their hourly rate.

I went by the shop that installed my led's and they checked that all the lights were wired directly to the fuse box and not tied into power via some other system, I have an appt with the shop that did the alarm system tomorrow to check for the same.

Hopefully someone has had this same problem and know what the issue is. I know I shouldn't be having an issue like this on a 2017 CM Platinum with 13k miles. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like a wire isn’t connected somewhere. Aftermarket alarms can be a PITA depending on the installer.
