Help! Cannot get phone contacts images to show up on entune head unit

I have a 2014 CM SR5 with the Entune Audio Plus (no Nav) and I have it paired (via Bluetooth) with my iPhone 6 running iOS 8.3 and all functions (audio, phone calls, text messages, etc.) seem to work great.

My only issue is that the images for the contacts (avatars) do not show up on the head unit. The names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc., all show up, just not the pictures.

I have searched this forum and others; I have tried different formats (jpeg, gif) and different sizes (50K to 2MB), un/re-pairing, forgetting devices on both HU and phone, spoke with Entune support person ... all with no success.

When you save the images, save the Start up images in StartUpImages folder and display off save them as DisplayOffImages folder

 

Oh yes... I have done that, too. I currently have the Transformers Autobots symbol displayed! LOL!

My current issue involves not being able to see my phone book images. Like a picture of the Lego Policeman under my buddy's phone number listing.

 

Oh I'm sorry.....forgive me for not reading thoroughly...usually they transfer automatically...the Entune is actually geared for Apple products...I have an android and they transfer over by themselves

 

I have the exact same issue with my iphone 6...no avatar shows up for my contacts. Let me know if you find a solution!

 

One bad thing about ios software. They break stuff to fix other stuff. You might want to upgrade the firmware to 9.0 see if that solves the problem.
