I recently purchased a 2008 Tundra Crewcab which has developed a vibration when changing gears around 30-40 miles per hour but not other speeds/changes. It's an automatic. Any suggestions?

Of course it's an automatic. All 2nd generation Tundras are automatics.
    Check your carrier bearing.
It would be helpful to say if the gear change "around 30-40 miles per hour" was 2nd-to-3rd or 3rd-to-4th, because 4th is the lowest gear where torque converter lockup can occur.

Do you have a lift? If so it could be your carrier bearing.

Happened to me before. Check rear tire balancing if they are not new.
