    I’m not going to lie, I wouldn’t mind some of your many meat feasts in my mouth. Looks amazing, definitely tastes better than it looks. You are the Picasso of meats.

    5 hour update.
    Fat cap has spilt time to wrap that butt up tight like a mummy
    I did add about 20 more briquettes that should carry my thru the next 3 hours.
    Normally I would not at this point but it is cold and a little windy and the Weber is not insulated so I am. Useing more fuel than I normally would.
    Any here it is before I wrapped

    This time yes, its a weber performer 22in kettle with the cart.

    I also have a 18in wsm for when I cook more than one butt or a whole brisket
