I too received mine today. It's the one that does not have a cutout. It is a little sturdier than I expected. Fits fine and looks like a nice addition.

I felt the factory one was not as useful and too expensive. Found this one on Amazon for $25 and very happy with it. Just have to turn in the right way, or it sticks a bit when you lift the armrest and dumps your change. Marked "passenger" and "driver'." Ironically, I liked it better the opposite way.

One other thing - its a little tweak.. but one thing that drives me nuts is that the insides of compartments like the console are all black.. and you cant see anything in them. Instead of the black crosshatch organizers that are popular, I put in a couple of cheapo cloth storage compartments in the bottom. I bought a package for $9.50 https://goo.gl/9PhHHM from Amazon. I wasnt able to use all 3.. and since the console walls slope inwards, the little boxes are tight.. but since they arent rigid in design, you can make them work. They are light in color and things are easy to find in them..and they are cloth to help with things rattling around. I also picked up a cheapo puck light at walmart (2 pack for $8) that has a touch sensitive switch.. Its nice when you just have to touch the puck to turn it on instead of finding the switch and trying to push it from an odd position..

The one I ordered from Amazon the EDBETOS Car Center Console Organizer Insert Tray arrived today.
For $22.99 it works perfect and even came with three rubber tray inserts. Thanks to flynbyu2 for starting the tread and mscroggi for the tip!

I didnt notice the sides being marked passenger or driver, but studying how it works in the console.. it appears the edge with the lip running across should be towards the front of the vehicle. (which is essentially backward from the pics online everywhere). The reason I say that.. the inside top channel in the console slopes upwards towards at the back, near the hinges. If the tray is put in with the lower side to the front, like all the pictures etc.. then when the tray is pushed towards the back of the console, it rides up the incline of the channel until it binds.

When the tray is put in the other way, the tray is allowed to slide all the way to the back without riding the incline up and out of the console... It slide front to back, all the way to the ends. It appears to me this is the way the tray was designed... I wonder if the pics being used in advertisement are in error..

Just wanted to chime in the discussion. Salex Organizers offers Vehicle OCD™ organizers for the 2nd and 3rd gen Tundras. The Vehicle OCD™ organizers are the original aftermarket center console organizers. Simple drop in design with no modification to your console required. All Vehicle OCD™ products are designed, manufactured, and supported in Denver, Colorado, USA!

The Salex Organizers [IMG]OCD tray is $24.99 before the forum discounts. Order it on Amazon with the [IMG]OCD lower grid at $19.99 and you are out the door for $36 with the 20% discount. Pretty damn good for US made product!

With the exception of the expensive and complex Toyota OEM tray all others are coming from China. Please consider where your money is going and keep it here. Thanks!

Many of the organizers being talked about in this thread are being shipped from China / Hong Kong. They have completely polluted Amazon and EBAY with multiple listings. Not to mention the moral side of the issue with them making exact copies of many Salex Organizers original design Vehicle OCD™ products.

My Vehicle OCD™ products are designed, manufactured, and supported in Denver, Colorado. Everything is stocked at Amazon for fast guaranteed Prime shipping. The Tundra combo is $36 and on your door step in 2 days with Prime.

Thats some good stuff.. That OCD grid nees to be made of a soft material to reduce rattles and some lighter colors.. You cant see anything with the black insides of the console. Just a thought.

Rattles are not usually an issue with the rubber mat at the bottom of the console and the tight fit against the walls. Colors other than black would show dirt. Don't want to go there. Sounds like your next mod needs to be LED lights in the console

Hmm see posts 34 and 36. The concern over rattles isn't with the organizer.. like you said the felt mat at the bottom takes care of that.. It's with things that are standing on end leaning against the walls of the organizer. I had issues with that very occurrence in my last truck. Its an easy fix.. and not a huge deal.. but something to consider.
