My 2008 rav4 has 112k miles on it so I'm looking for aftermarket shocks, struts, brakes. I only want to lift it 1 inch or less. Toyteclifts.com doesnt carry anything. I Googled forums but didn't find a good one. Any help appreciated. Thanks Jim

    Everything. Literally.
Mmmmmm I mean, I feel like a rav4 is going to be hard to add suspension mods to.
Maybe a level kit and an additional leaf?

    (Insert chirping crickets..)

    I don’t know, brotha.
Call your local yota dealer and see what options you’ve got?

Hey Brother Quatermeter did you end up buying the OME031? I have been searching all over the net for what parts are required, I have a RAV4 2010 2.0L 158BHP (Europe) and I am wanting to install these suspensions alongside OME springs code(ARB2539 and ARB2540) is this what you have also done? I will also put a set of yokohamas Geolanders GO15, and an egnine plate possibly (Novline skid plate) what are your thoughts?

I ordered these for the back.

Those are one and a half inch lift with a 4-cylinder so that's my wife's car so I'm just trying to Stifen it up a little bit I don't want to get it too high I'm going to run the same size tires 225 65 17.
I bought the KYB struts for the front I may get the OME Springs for the fronts I'm not sure yet. I put Akebono brakes on all four discs this weekend. She bought a Lexus RX 350 so I'm driving the RAV4 to work now I won't put so many miles on my Tundra. It works for me

Thanks for your reply. It is actually the springs that will give the lift you are after and not the shocks!
Anyway all the best with your upgrades!

I have the struts. Shocks should be here this week. They were back ordered. I wish I had got them with everything else I could have put them on when I put the brakes on.

Whoa.. I'd love to see how this turned out.. My wife's rav4 could use some new shocks/struts and I thought the only option was KYB stock replacement
