    I know. That case was a surprise....but I would send his butt out if i suspected something....then watch close by. i would never be on his heals by any means. I was the same way when i lived in Nevada too.

    i know the difference...but reading the link you posted it clearly stated that you couldn't use deadly force past the threshold of your house. so nothing on your front porch or in your backyard.

    speaking of kill switch...my buddy just got in f250 stolen from the front of his house this morning...with his 5th wheel adapter in the bed...so now he cannot even move his trailer..
