    Show us what you've got.

I have been a big fan of the 7.62x51 / .308 M14 type rifle for almost 20 years now, and I lean toward the modernized variants. At one time I owned 13 or 14 of these fine rifles, but I am down to just 3 today. Here is the short one, it has a 16.25" Socom length barrel.

You may need to upgrade the Tundra with airbags to carry that bad boy...

Friend of mine got the socom version this summer. Incredibly balanced compared to the original m14. Was a pleasure to crank out 50 or 60 rounds. Awesome set up on yours.

The M1A is a fine rifle and everyone should own one...I got into FAL's many years ago. They were in the final competition against the M14 for the US battle rifle after the M1 Garand. The FAL is not as accurate as the M1A but the FAL is much more robust and much easier to field strip.
And yes what Can is that?
    Very nice rifle.

The can is a 2004 Fisher / Smith Enterprise design that Smith Enterprise upgraded with new baffles & connector... you may have seen it before in this 2006 video. The SAGE EBR chassis stock featured in the video is heavy, but the Blackfeather RS pictured in the first post is a couple pounds lighter.

This was one of my more interesting adventures in EBR chassis stocks.
For the bull pup conversion, I'm using the same 16.25" rifle pictured in the beginning of this thread.

I see why you're dirt poor, you have a wealth in weapon systems. Pretty sweet setups you have there.

No pictures , but I have a SA M1A loaded with a stainless national match barrel. I have the original wood stock and also bought a synthetic surplus stock from the guy that used to advertise in Shotgun News. I had that painted a night camo pattern. Great firearm.

This picture was taken maybe 7 years ago, before I made the switch to the light weight Blackfeather RS chassis.
