    Best way:

    Grab cup of coffee.

Drink it down, and grab another for the road.

Drive to transmission service shop or dealership (check Lexus dealers, I have found them cheaper).

    Go inside, pee.

Go over to service writer and let them know you want a transmission service. Give the servicewriter the keys.

    Get some more coffee.

    Have technicians change fluids.

    Have another free coffee.

    Pee.

Pay a couple hundred dollars, pee before leaving.

    60k miles later,

    Repeat

This. I'm pretty confident around cars & trucks and would usually take on anything but this is the way i will change my trans fluid when i get there. I've read the DIY thread somewhere and the minute i saw it involved F***ing with techstream - I was out. (and i have techstream)

Too easy to make a mistake - too cheap at the dealer to not have to take the risk
