I've got a 2017 Crewmax that is about a month old, and this morning I noticed some spots on the leather headrests. I haven't used any cleaner or conditioner on them, and a damp towel did not affect the spots. They actually appear to be shiny. I'll stop by the dealership sometime to talk to them, but I'd appreciate any advice or experiences from anyone here. Thanks in advance.

This is exactly why disliked leather in my CM. Love the looks, but to be honest, Tundra trucks are panty droppers and women just get wild in them.
My wife sold our Tundra and purchased a GMC so this wouldn't happen anymore. Can you believe that crap?

    :D

Leather cleaner will do the trick with a towel...in my experiences. ;)

The Lexol leather cleaner didn't touch it, but the Lexol conditioner seems to have masked the spots. I did several applications of the conditioner, and the spots really aren't visible as of this morning. I don't know how long it will hide them, but I'll give it a month or so.

sometimes the delivery drivers would get their greasy dick-beaters on the seats when they took off the plastic wrap. they would unhook the chains and straps first then get in new car/truck and their would be a mess. or if the car was dealer traded. should have been caught by the check in process or at least the detail guys before you took delivery.

Yeah you would think. I have seen with both my news cars that they aren't inspected at all.

I had the same thing going on in my limited. Mix a little bit of soapy water with vinegar. Then followed up with the lexol. Worked like a champ
