Ok... let me get this straight... you have to PAY to do this... you don't get paid to do this?! As a health care professional... and this is free medical advice... this is NOT required activity... AND, who can resist benefiting a children's hospital?! :benchpress::militarypress: Get after it!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Sounds like a Saturday at crossfit. Doesn't look too hard but it depends on your fitness level.

What does it cost to 'buy' your way out, otherwise I'd be finding someway to be sick that weekend.

Not sure on the 300 body weight exercise thing. Most likely a combination of burpies, froggers, push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbers and TRX stuff for a total of 300 reps. This will be the easy part.

Oh no, it's actually true. I do the 1hr class twice a week. Combination of treadmill, row machine and weights/body weight exercises. Im pretty dead after that class.
Im guessing this will take about 2hrs to complete.

Ok this might not be as bad as I'm thinking. The row should be about 10 min, body weight exercises about 25 min and run about 30 min.
