whats up brothers. anyone by any chance know this guy? does jeep carbs, gronk performance. pry a long shot but i know there are alot of CO members. i bought a carb from him for my dad, had an issue and returned after chatting with him via email. never issued me a refund as promised and new seems to have gone mia. out about $300, sucks as dad is on a fixed income. not the end of the world but thought this community may have some connections.

Did you pay with a CC?

If so file a complaint and get your money back that route

 

i did but i sent the item back and no refund was issued.

 

Correct....so call your CC company and dispute the charge. They will open a case and get you your money.

 

My buddy is pretty deep in the local mechanic scene here in the springs. I'll ask him...

 

Thanks guys. Looking into the card possibility. I used my debit card via paypal and initial purchase was over a year ago. It's a project jeep, 78 cj5. Life got in the way next thing we know a years past and I haven't touched some of the parts.
