    Hi All

Very glad I found this place! I recently relocated to the USA to live with my wife and am looking for my first vehicle here. Quickly decided a Tundra is what I am after. Disappointed there is no TRD pro in the new line up as was thinking to make the investment there, but now considering going lower level and saving some money for some years before getting a maxed out model. Any advice for a noob on what to get?

    Thanks!

Welcome from Colorado. If looking to save $$ go with a basic SR5 with TRD upgrade. Will give you just enough to be "basic" and have enough features for higher resale value later on IMO.

Thanks for the greetings all. The SR5 looks great except after having test driven a 1794 I think I need good leather seats in there. The cloth was not pleasant and the wife was not a fan either. Will continue the search!

Nice, I visited there February, loved it. Hope you haven't been hit too hard by everything down there. I heard it was a rough ride. Got an uber while apartment hunting in Frisco and the driver was from Houston, he was telling us some real horror stories....

Awesome! Can you single any dealers out in the area that are better than others? Do you guys have any meet ups?

I haven't been to any meet ups

I personally really like Durant Toyota in Weatherford....that's where I got my truck....they have a dealership closer to you i believe too. check out what is online. Their pricing online is cheaper than at the actually dealership.

No problem! I dealt with people at both dealerships and they were all pretty great

Bought mine at Durant in Weatherford as well. Great sales guys, good deals, but Toyota of Fort Worth seems to have better service and parts pricing.
