    Ya I know I have done it before. But here it is chicken lol webers kickin chicken rub and lemons and limes stuffed in the cavity
    Big ole chicken as well at 5lbs

    Anyway that's it. Might make some cobbler later have not decided.

    And it's done. Just look at that crispy skin just waiting to be eaten. The moist succulent meat of the bird kissed lightly with spices and herbs and just a hint of citrus
