Lockerdown console safe issue/question

I bought a console safe from Lockerdown for my 17 Tundra console with the electronic lock. I love this safe and have had it for about 6 weeks or so. I go to open the safe this morning to grab something out of it and hen it opened, the locking back just spins. The screw was loose and I lined it back up and tightened it up and not it won't lock at all. Anyone have this occur to them and if so what was the fix. I am going to email the company in a moment but I thought I would ask the great all knowledgable people here.

Oh I know, I sent him an email last night. I will call him tomorrow if I haven't heard back. It's probably in the spam folder. I love the safe and I have no issue with the company. I still praise them. I am sure it's a minor issue they will deal with.

I feel sure Bobby will take care of you right away. One of the best mods I did with my Tundra.
I went with old school combo. No issues since install. Great company as mentioned above.

 

I have the manual lock in mine but i almost bought the elect.
Are you sure the washers are on correct and not binding or too tight? Does the lock cycle when the door is open? Seems like somethings causing some binding.

 

When the lid is up, it locks and unlocks just fine. Not finding anything in the locking track that it would hit when the lid is closed.

 

One or two small drops of oil is good for moving parts like that. The clearance tolerance for these is pretty small and if its just a hair off it will hang up. On my rear Locker Down safe i rounded over the edges of the female and male parts just slightly. Other than that i dont know but thats a really nice lock and they should take care of ya.
