    They'll either part it out, make their money back and more. Or they'll rebuild it and sell it as a salvage. I'd consider it for 10. If you really want to deal with God knows what. Flooded just sounds bad. But it really depends on if it was salt water or fresh. There's nothing wrong with buying a salvage and having your fun with it. Most people will put it down because it looks bad in pictures but it all depends. You gotta look at it or just bid and hope for the best.
