Have you overheated your S8 again or was it just that once? I was concerned about the heat from the engine compartment overheating the S8 in that location.

Also switched the 40" to White and grabbed a 30" for the lower bumper on Rigid Industries brackets.

Good to know. I have another question for you - have you noticed the top of your hood bulge (where the S8 is installed) flop around or "buzz" while cruising down the road? I also have the S8 installed there with the SDHQ kit and I can hear mine buzz when I'm going 50mph or more and if I try to look over the hood, I can actually see it vibrating.

    Flux capacitor!
Did you have to cut the three vertical hood supports for your hood bulge light bar?

Ok. That's what I thought. You may want to look into adding some of the self adhesive sound deadening materials to the inside metal of the hood behind your light bar. Or use a non expansive spray foam for window or doors to fill the gap. This would eliminate the movement. Just a suggestion. Don't use the yellow spray foam since it will keep expanding and press against the hood. Use the white spray foam if you do it.

Great build. Almost exactly what I want to build mine to.

Did you get the Camburg UCAs to get more travel or was it a tire clearance issue? Or was it for the KINGs?

    2 things:
Could you post a pic from inside the cab of the hood bulge light?
And post a pic of the mounting of that light if you have one. Thanks.

Generally people get aftermarket uca's to dial in alignment when lifting, and also to utilize a heim which is stronger than a ball joint. And yes they do usually give additional travel benefits.

And do you mean like an output shot from in the cab? You can't tell the bar is there from in the cab physically

Yeah I know about UCA. My old Tacoma had a Camburg LT kit. Lots of fun but a pita when it came to alignment. No shop could do it correctly. Was just curious if it had to do with clearance because of the wider tires. I'd like to get the KING shocks but leave the rest of the suspension parts alone.

Yes, an output shot from inside the cab would be great. I want to see how far the throw/distance is on the bar in that location.

And where did you find that switch panel that fits in the center console pocket. That's perfect. Love this build.

    Thanks again.

My bar isnt even wired up right now and i havent driven my truck in like a week lmao and i just have the flush mount switch pros and my buddy made a tray that snaps it into the card holder out of ABS plastic

These are available now as well. Let me know when you want to get it installed. We apologize about the delay, I know we mentioned that we were working on it back at the beginning of April.

Well haven't done anything at all to the Tundra except wax it once a month, only have put 1,000 miles on it since I started the academy, thank god for mandatory carpooling. Stay tuned for leather and some more color matching in the near future.

Mandatory post wax to show off that superwhite shine

On your Switch Pros panel, the 'Off' button, is that wired to turn everything off at once? Because that would be great.
