2007 TRD off road model steering column on/off pump switch won't work. All lines and reservoir in working order. How can I test/fix it? Wiring?

First, check fuses. If they're good, Locate the pump and try to jump it w 12v. There should/might be a plug for it. That way you can isolate it. If pump works then you know it's either bad switch or wire. Then you get to have some fun w elec meter.
    Let us know.
