    Brother Hunters,
This post will only have meaning for those who have the same deep passion for hunting, and in this post bird hunting. My wife and I hunt, pheasant, quail, dove, deer. I have taught her a lot over the years extensively on how to be an ethical and safe hunting buddy. Hunting is in our blood, I can't explain it, its who we are, it's how we are wired. We waste nothing, and we never shoot anything that we won't eat.

Ok, so on with an incredible day of Dove hunting pics, with my bride. We got started a little late.
My bride, she hunts with a 20 ga, Browning Citori. She is a fine shot, but I am partial lol.

This is my 20 ga Browning O/U made in Belgium purchased by my Dad when I was 4 years old. Lost him in 2010, but man those hunting memories live on! I think of him with every shot.

This fresh cut hay field was a little slow so we moved on to a cornfield and it was On! My wife looking for a bird she winged.

A beautiful cool breezy Western NC day...amazing weather.

    Let me wrap this up....
    We had a great day...

Nice pics! Looks like a great day. I loved dove shooting as a warmup for quail. Thanks for sharing.

Looks like a great day Dave! Great hunting partners and birds flying, it doesn't get much better! Dove opened here yesterday but unfortunately I had to work and today we had pretty heavy rain...and I had to work. But, if the weather cooperates, tomorrow should find me sitting on a few acres of sunflowers. With any luck the birds will be on the move but I'm really just looking forward to being out hunting :)
