These do make GREAT gifts. I ended up giving most of my first stash away as gifts. Just sent a PM to @Pudge for more. My daughter said we are running low and she won't go back to the "fake Log Cabin stuff." Mmmm, now I want pancakes!

Meant to quote this, should have been drinking maple syrup instead of beer I guess. Now "Where Y'at?" should make sense.

Cool! My company just sold them a few Coaming welding machines. I'll probably be headed there in a couple months myself when we deliver them.

I will be there till middle to 3rd week in Sept. Let me know, will drink some beers. Is the Coaming welding machine's job specific or is that the Manufacturer.

So I finally got a few orders shipped out. My summer schedule with work and with daughter not being in school is really killing my free time. I picked up some boxes and stocked up on some syrup from the sugar house. If anyone wants some let me know and I'll try to get it out asap.
If anyone even reads this thread or post, ask yourself a few questions...
    Do you like maple syrup?
Do you want to try the best syrup ever?
Are you willing to pay what is probably too much for said maple syrup?
Can you wait a week or so to get it?
    Are you a returning customer?
If you are...do you like discounts?
Are you ready to commit to never buying store bought crap again? (This one is important)
If you even just read any of the above questions, shoot me a PM and we will talk.

Quick update. I'm fairly certain I am sold out of the plastic 1 quart containers. I will double check, but most likely moving forward I will only be able to offer glass until around February when we start producing more.

Haha no it's ok. I have plenty of empties just no syrup to fill them. Next year I'll be sure to bottle up more plastic quarts. I will also likely do away with the 12oz glass bottles, they aren't big sellers. It's a learning curve.

I have quite a bit left. As far as I can tell I only have 8,12,16 oz glass containers left. Plastic is gone I believe.

Hey guys and gals. Supply is running very low. We've had a huge jump in local sales. Corner stores, mobile farmers market truck, 3 farm stands, and even a local restaurant scooped some up. I am down to mostly 12 oz glass bottles and a bunch of the small maple leaf bottles.
I talked with @MotoTundra today and am working on getting an order ready for him, he has spoken for the last quart jug I have. @WarEagleSteve hinted he may be wanting some. I do have some, just a poor selection of size variety.
If anyone wants any more let me know asap so I can double check inventory and get it boxed up before the holidays hit.
Thanks for all your support. I can't wait til February to start making some more!

I don't think it needs to he said, but I will say it anyway. Pudge was awesome to deal with and his pure maple syrup is top notch.

If you haven't tried pure maple syrup, you haven't truly lived haha. We have been hooked on it for years.

I originally went with two quarts and my only regret is that I didn't get more the first order!

I'm really hoping my back is fixed and I'm recovered for next sugar season. I'm really looking forward to it. And looking forward to adding to this thread. We have a few changes coming this year in the operation. Nothing major but a few ideas to increase efficiency. Hopefully will result in making more syrup with not much more work. Fingers crossed for another strong year.

    I hope so too!

I bumped into an old friend the other day who had back surgery a few months ago. I asked him how he was doing and I couldn't believe the answer. He said it totally changed his quality of life. He was in pain, a lot of it.

He is a great guy, a professional, but was using alcohol to help ease the pain and to get to some sleep.

Hasn't needed a drink to sleep since, much happier, pain free.

I love Maple syrup between my daughter and I we eat 2 gallon's a year at least I have it on my Waffle's every weekday for breakfast. For sure store bought syrup sucks only farm made for me. You sure have a cool operation going. The funny part is I love Maple syrup but all my wood work in my house is Maple so I guess you could say I'm taking away the trees that give me my syrup:eek:. Lol

If it wasn't for the crap between blue cross and the healthcare group my Dr belongs to, I'd be having surgery next week. They have had no contract in place this month. It's painful, literally. Lawsuit was filed and thrown out today by judge. Found out the major bone of contention is that blue cross wants to send the check for payment to the patient and have the patient pay the hospital bill with that money, rather than blue cross paying the hospital or provider directly. Wtf? Really? I'm sure there's more but this was a big part of it.

Lol. All the cabinetry in my house is maple so it's all good man.
We burn wood to fire that evaporator, whatever we can get for free. So we burn maple, feels like some kind of cannibalism. But it burns hot so we love it.
