w/brake unit installed w/ factory plug in. Trailer brake tab at rear plug gets no voltage. Found a missing fuse. replaced it and the brakes worked for about 10 miles then stopped. All fuses are good. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the site. Free bump for your question. Sounds like you may have a bad connection somewhere or maybe the fuse had too high of rating and maybe burned the hot lead somewhere.
