    Flux capacitor!
So as I'm sure you've heard parts of Texas are getting lots of rain! So in preparation for the rain I applied Rain X to both vehicles. I've been using rain X since 1998. I swear by this stuff. Here a short video clip to prove how affective it is even in heavy rain. You can drive without even using your windshield wipers. The highway speeds help push all the water off the windows.

rain x is absolutely a must if you drive in the rain at all

I love the stuff and have put it on both my trucks, numerous patrol cars, and now my current work car

    Still rolling stock baby....
I run it year round, in my washer fluid tank. In the summer the bugs roll up and off my windshield and the winter formula the ice and frost wipe right off.

Also waxing your windshield will provide similar results in the rain, as well as, making your glass look much clearer than normal cleaning alone

The easiest way, at least imo, is their washer fluid... Just use that and never apply regular rain x and get the same results...

Lots of rain and wind where I live (outside Austin), but no flooding. Many areas along the Guadalupe and Colorado rivers crested flood levels last night. My Mom and Dad live up the street and had a tree break in half and hit the house. But the damage was mostly to the tree and rain gutter. It didn't break the windows or damage the roof. And it's still raining and windy - supposed to rain until Wednesday or Thursday. They say it's the worst flooding since 1925! It could have been worse. Pray for those folks in Houston who got the most rain. Thanks for asking, Law!

yeah, I've been following Houston and keeping tabs on buddies that live in and around there! Been praying for them man!

Glad you guys are allright and praying for your parents! Glad it wasn't as bad as it could've been.

I'm no stranger to flooding, I was back home last August when all that rain hit. Worst flooding in Louisiana since 1983, experts were saying that was a 100-200 year occurrence and a freak situation all in one.

    Crazy weather man!

you guys stay safe and stock up on Rain-X LOL

I use rain-x on my windshield all the time. I also use the washer fluid by them. Just using the washer fluid is NOT THE SAME as using the rain-x.
