I've always liked this generation sequoia. If everything runs well, its a decent deal. Just crawl underneath and check the rust situation out thoroughly.

I've got an 2001 SR5 Sequoia that I still use as a daily driver and I'm very happy with it. The only maintenance I've done is the timing belt, water pump and thermostat (this past month)... everything else has been wear and tear items. One of the best return on investments I've made with an auto. Hoping my new Tundra is a repeat performance :benchpress:

You're a year ahead of me on both. I have a 2002 Sequoia SR5 we bought new. Still have it and use it as a backup vehcile now. And I just bought a 2018 Tundra so my daughter who is learning to drive can use my 4Runner.

Very happy with the Sequoia. Considered selling it at one point and it looks like they're going for around $5,000 now. For that price we'll just hang onto it.
