I have a leak in my high pressure hose. The shop in town wants $800 to replace all power steering hose and flush the system. Is this something that's really difficult? Can I save $ and just change the leaky 1 or do I need to replace all of them? Is the headache of doing it alone worth paying for it to be done by professionals?

Just change the one and top off the system. They are trying to rip you off IMO.
