You are correct. I tried everything and it won't give me the option of going more than 30 secs. I will just have to ask dealership or someone w access to techstream software to see if it can be modified through that.

I think 30 seconds is all you can have. I went out to check mine just in case.

Thanks for checking it in your truck.
So it's 30 secs for all the Tundras. I don't know if techstream software allows increasing it to 45 or 60sec.
What about head lamp auto off timer. That give us 60,90 secs. Does your lamp shuts off after 60 sec or 90secs? I have Spyder Headlights and it turns off right away when locking/unlocking the car.

I m trying to hook up all my Rigid LEDs to the delay so it stays on when I lock/unlock. Currently, only dome light and bed light is viable option to tap into but it's locked to 30 secs only. If I can get the headlamp timer to work, it would solve the problem.

I'm not sure, TBH. I don't like leaving my lights on in the dark for any amount of time...same for my Corolla. I'm a bit odd in the fact that I typically black out when I am right near my destination at night lol. Surprise effect, I guess. :notsure:

Got in my truck today and noticed that there was some sort of creaking coming from under neath. Haven't pinpointed where noise is generating from yet. Is this a common occurrence in the 3rd gen Tundra? More specifically the 2017's?

Hello everyone, I have searched for awhile and I can't seem to find a dome light wire thread. Everyone seems to tap into the third brake light cargo wire but not the interior dome. Does anyone know where to find the dome light hot wire so I can add my interior leds. My lights are already wired up to the little curtesy light under the drivers dash but they only come on when the doors are open. I want them to come on when I turn on my interior dome lights too, so I can illuminate the floors while driving...Or should I just tap into the interior lights fuse? Any help is appreciated.

A hair dryer, adhesive remover, warm up adhesive on the fish eye mirror and razor blade very carefully.

This is absolutely correct. I had this issue happen to a Honda Pilot - 2 weeks old. Dealership found a loose brake wire near the 3rd brake light. It was shorting out. A light bulb that is burned out would not cause this, but a shorted circuit will.

Really like this thread, hope I can get an answer to this. Just bought a 2018 SR5 Tundra. It has everything I want except for the parking assist sonar, blind spot monitoring and rear cross traffic alert. Is there any way to get it added through the dealer?

I sold my stock coilovers and the guy asked me if side specific. I did not note the colored dots when I removed. Now I see on Toyota parts that springs have left and right. Anyone know which side the yellow dot goes on? I assume if one is longer it goes on drivers side.

I called the dealer parts desk. They said they cannot help me. Maybe they will be marked the same on my 2008 CM. Thanks. D

thanks, because my sales lady texted me back and said they sold the truck. She was talking about the one Pro they had when I clearly stated TSS. If same height they might have a little different spring rate. Fabtechs are side specific but different lengths.

I doubt that you can add this upgrade, I suggest just call the dealer.

I have these options on my Platinum..reeeeally like them especially in a busy parking lot.

Went to dealer today, they can add the Parking Assist Sonar, but not the Blind Spot Monitoring. Thinking about going aftermarket, any suggestions?

None that I am aware of. Did they quote you a price on parking assist? Curious to know what that gem costs?

Is there anyway to get a full wiring schematic/diagram for a 2008 DCSB Limited 5.7 for the dash illumination? Chiltons does not give me enough detail to find where my issue is, so I need a legit schematic to work with.
