I am looking into buying a topper for my 2017 double cab and ran across a guy selling one off of his 2016 double cab. The color seems to match my Metallic gray but after examining the pictures I am not 100% certain its for a Tundra. Owner believes its a century.

I appreciate any information you all may have.

    Thanks

This part right here doesn't look right. I'm assuming it's for the third brake light, but normally I don't see 'em with that gap for a light. Could you drive to where he is and have him help you install it before you give him $$?

If it's a Century it should have a small shield shaped emblem on each side that says CTC. The contour strip at the bottom of the rear door looks correct for a Tundra. If you have a pic straight on from the side I can tell you with 99% certainty what it fits.

This is the best I can get until seller gets home from work and gives more info.

That is exactly what concerned me as well. I cant drive up and see because he is a 5 hour drive one way. I wanted to identify before the trip.

Unfortunately the roof doesn't tell me much...other than the rails are Yakima. If he can get you a shot straight on of the whole side, I'm looking for the angle of the front and if it hooks forward at the bottom. I wouldn't be concerned with the third brake notch, most caps are that way, the manufacturers over compensate for clearance around the light because the caps fit so tight to the cab of the truck.
