I installed an Access Vanish roll up cover. Like it so far, but have only had it on for 2 months. I got a good deal on it at Autoanything $289. If I had to do it all over again, I may get a hard tri fold instead. Especially now when winter is about to arrive. The thought of snow sagging the soft roll up cover is why.

I put a truxedo on my D.C. and I only gave $299 from Amazon. Installed it myself with no problem.

Was it the low pro or the one below that seems cheap for the low pro

Truxedo seems to get the best reviews.

#245801, $299. Mine doesn't have the tracks but a small block of wood for each clamp works fine. I also had to put an extra layer of tape across the front to seal it. Yours may be different but that's what worked for mine. I like mine, it works for what I wanted. Looks good too.

Installed my Lo-Pro QT Truxedo today. Love it! And I could keep the deck rail system and tie down handles on it as well.

Thanks guys. if you have any pictures I'd love to see them. if there any kind of support in the middle of these things? or just held by velcro and tension ? I worry what a foot of snow would do to the cover.

There are cross bars evenly spaced under the Truxedo cover, the bars sit on top of the railing, so snow load shouldn't be a problem.

I ended up ordering the bak revolver x2. got it on autoanything for 760. not a horrible deal but I really like this cover. 2 friends have them so I checked it out and decided to go with it. should be here in a week or so, then I'll take some pics of the install.

just installed a TruXedo Lo Pro QT soft roll-up cover today and it fits and looks great. Ordered from Autoanything. It was $500 but they gave me 15% off.

If you don't want to spend a lot of money on this, watch on craigslist and those kind of sites. I bought a 3 month old Llund tri-fold for $75, and its been great. Super easy to work with, can fold up and snap lock open at the first fold (nearest to the cab), or takes about 60 seconds to remove the whole thing. Not sure where you live but if you have the time, you can probably save a good chunk of change.

Can you post some pics?? Very interested in this cover. I saw the Truxedo titanium which is similar and it can be removed very easily. I like the revolver much better, but was wondering if it can come out easily as well?

The front area has to be bolted into the frame so it'll take a little work to remove it completely. I'll take some pics asap and post them. If I don't get pics up in a few days, tag me in another post and it'll remind me.

I was thinking about the truxedo as well, but ended up with the bak because of the lower profile, the fact it doesn't use Velcro, and 2 friends had them for a few years and they loved them.

I have the bakflip revolver. Little bit out of your budget, but definitely bad ass. Would buy again.

It rolls up and neither touchs the back window nor blocks it.

If you get in on the groupbuys, it's usually like $820 shipped or something near there assuming you have a bed rail system and short bed...

Auto anything will negotiate on their prices? They want $1050 for the one I'm looking at. How'd you get them to come down on yours?

I was getting mine around Christmas so they had a slight discount. I just entered a love chat box with a rep there and we kept going back and forth until he "got his manager" involved and came up with the lowest possible price.
