Is a sway bar drop kit needed a basic 3/1 spacer lift? I noticed most kits don't come with it and I was trying to find the source of a poping noise I had, found 2 loose bolts and tightened them and it appears to be the wheel spacers also causing noise. But now I am wondering if by adding the sway bar drop kit I caused the issue. Thoughts?

Won't be an issue. Most kits won't include a sway bar drop kit just to keep cost down.
