Long time Audi owner hence my user name. Currently sport an S8 and my wife's daily is a Gen 4 4Runner. Kinda odd that I am here because don't have a Tundra, but found wiring diagrams for a Sequoia here, which I also do not own lol. Trying to help someone figure out why his 4WD is not disengaging and welp, I'm here.

What are your buddy’s symptoms/issues/situation. What does he/she have, what have they done? A little more info is needed.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Hang around here long enough and you will buy yourself a Tundra.

'01 Sequoia. They were in a muddy area and his wife pushed the button on the dash to engage 4WD. Got out of the slick stuff and she pushed the button to disengage but the center differential just blinks away. Drove in a straight line accelerating, no change. Drove in reverse, no change. Banged on transfer case/actuator, no change. Cut and reconnected vacuum hose, no change. 20A fuse check out. He has not engaged/disengaged 4WD on the regular as sated in the owners manual. I believe things just got sticky and now stuck.
